Please note that our sizing charts are a general guide. If you require further information about measurements & sizing, our customer support team is happy to assist you with any enquiries - support@letsgetphysikal.com

To help with each specific product, for reference we have also noted the size of the model and the size she is wearing

At Physi.Kal, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this policy.

Change of mind

 At Physi.Kal, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this policy. 

Change of mind

We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, however, we will offer you an exchange or store credit. We can accept your return and provide you with an exchange or store credit provided that:

  1. Items are returned within 14 days of receiving the item (domestic), 30 days of receiving the item (International). 
  2. The item is returned in the original packaging, tags on, adequately packaged for transit, unwashed, and unworn in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with makeup or tanning products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
  3. The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Products damaged during delivery

Please contact support@letsgetphysikal.com with photo evidence of the damaged product within 5 days of your item being received. If it is agreed that the item was damaged during transit, you will be granted a return.

Shipping costs for returns

  1. All return shipping costs which are not faulty items, are to be covered by the customer.
  2. If your item arrives faulty, and Physi.Kal agrees that the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Physi.Kal. 

How to return products

  1. To request a return please send us an email at support@letsgetphysikal.com along with your order number and your contact number. 
  2. Our team will assess your request within 3 business days and get back to you with the outcome and next steps if applicable.
