Shipping and Processing
Once you’ve placed your order, check your inbox for an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase. Once your payment is verified, we aim to process your order within 2 business days, however, we will contact you if there are any delays. We can ship to your home or commercial address.
Physi.Kal ships domestically in Australia as well as internationally.
Shipment Cost, Tracking and Delivery Times
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order, so please use this as a guide only.

Standard Estimated arrival 3-6 business days. Shipping is FREE (excluding 50% off sales where shipping is $10). |
Express Estimated arrival 2-3 business days. Shipping cost is $15. |
International Shipping |
Standard Estimated arrival 15-25 business days. Shipping cost is $30. |
Express Estimated arrival 8-18 business days. Shipping cost $40. |
We make every effort to fulfil your order, however, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia is subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Physi.Kal is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately at support@letsgetphysikal.com.
Returns
At Physi.Kal, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this policy.

At Physi.Kal, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this policy.
Change of mind
We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, however, we will offer you an exchange or store credit. We can accept your return and provide you with an exchange or store credit provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of receiving the item (domestic), 30 days of receiving the item (International).
- The item is returned in the original packaging, tags on, adequately packaged for transit, unwashed, and unworn in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with makeup or tanning products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Products damaged during delivery
Please contact support@letsgetphysikal.com with photo evidence of the damaged product within 5 days of your item being received. If it is agreed that the item was damaged during transit, you will be granted a return.
Shipping costs for returns
- All return shipping costs which are not faulty items, are to be covered by the customer.
- If your item arrives faulty, and Physi.Kal agrees that the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Physi.Kal.
How to return products
- To request a return please send us an email at support@letsgetphysikal.com along with your order number and your contact number.
- Our team will assess your request within 3 business days and get back to you with the outcome and next steps if applicable.
